Presenting Library Director a check for $28,900 at February Board Meeting.
Kathleen presented it to the Library Director, Dawn Jackson, at our May 19th
Board Meeting. The library will be using this grant to purchase photography equipment in support of the passport application service they provide at the Santa Maria Library.

Melinda Aguirre of “Altrusa Club of the Central Coast” recently presented us with a grant for $1,500. Board member, Jeni Newell, accepted the grant from Melinda.
We handed out free books at the Chamber’s Hispanic Business’ Mixer in the Mall May 7th!
